ACCOMODATION Seven years ago we carefully restored the old grain storage area of the farmhouse. The two floors are connected by way of a circular stairway. The second floor consists of a master bedroom over-looking the vineyard and a bedroom with two singles that has a panoramic view of the Ermellino river basin. A bathroom with a large shower stall is located between the rooms. The ground floor is an open space that combines functionality and comfort. It is arranged to provide a living room-dining room area and a comfortable space for cooking. An oven, dishwasher and washing machine are neatly installed under a long counter. Through the glass covered entrance is the garden with seating area and barbecue. Three steps above the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds and a view of vineyards and the valley. On the same level is a second bathroom with a shower. The swimming pool is 6 by 12 meters (20 by 40 ft.) and is located 50 meters (160 ft) behind the house in a splendid position with a view of the olive grove, vineyard and the Pesa river valley. WiFi Internet connection is available. Heating for the apartment (if required) is available. The cost is calculated upon usage. Weekly linen change and the final cleaning charges are included in the quoted price. Languages spoken: English, French, and Spanish. Sorry, no pets allowed.
