Project Description

The product of an assemblage of our vineyard grapes, Il Rospo has a pronounced local character and  great body and structure. The aging process in concrete tanks maintains the freshness and softness of the fruit. The grapes are picked on vines that are about 15 years old and with a planting density of 6250 plants per hectare.

Aging potential 15/20 years.
