The olives of extra virgin oilve oil Montesecondo are hand-picked between the end of October and the middle of November.
The olives are cold-pressed.
Green in color with a warm and fruity scent it reminds one of fresh herbs, nuts, and a hint of pepper culminating with a delicate and refined aftertaste.
