I terreni di struttura varia danno ai nostri vini una complessità legata alle diversità del terreno. Nella fase di allestimento dei vini stiamo particolarmente attenti a mantenere un prodotto molto pulito, con bassi livelli di solforosa e rigorosamente nessuna aggiunta di tannini o di altri additivi. Crediamo fermamente in un prodotto che abbia un’identità legata al territorio e non alle mode del momento.
