In 2018, San Martino was produced, a Sangiovese cru from the highest vineyard of Vignano, called San Martino, located at an altitude of 500 meters and facing northeast. Once destemmed, the grapes macerated for 5 weeks. After racking, the wine was aged for a year in 15-hectoliter barrels, followed by a 4-year maturation period in the bottle.
